a. The term “Account” denotes the user’s password-protected account, which they create for the purpose of accessing and participating in the Platform.

In certain instances, we may also request demographic information, such as gender, age, education, and other details that are pertinent to the services we offer. When you utilize our location-based services, we may collect and process information about your mobile device’s GPS location (including latitude, longitude, or altitude) and the time this data is recorded. This data helps us personalize the services. We may link your location data to your device ID and other information in our possession. You can opt out of this feature by disabling GPS or any other location tracking functions on your device.

iv. Furthermore, we may request access to your device’s contact list to enable certain features in our app, such as helping you connect with players from your contacts. By granting us permission to access your contact list, you acknowledge that we may collect and use contact information from it, including contact names, phone numbers, and email addresses.

v. We also retain the right to monitor conversations between two users facilitated by 11STECH through any means on the Platform. This information may be utilized to, among other things, monitor and prevent abuse, protect user rights, and resolve disputes that may arise.

b. From third-party sites:

i. You can also register for an account using your existing Facebook, Google, Twitter, or similar accounts and login credentials (referred to as your “Third-Party Site Account”). As part of the Platform’s functionality, you can link your account with Third-Party Site Accounts in either of two ways: (i) by providing your login information for the Third-Party Site Account to us through the Platform, or (ii) by permitting us to access your Third-Party Site Account, as allowed by the applicable terms and conditions governing your use of each Third-Party Site Account. By doing so, you confirm that you have the right to disclose your Third-Party Account login information to us and/or grant us access to your Third-Party Account (including, but not limited to, the purposes described herein), without violating any of the terms and conditions governing your use of the relevant Third-Party Account. This action does not obligate us to pay any fees or subject us to any usage limitations imposed by the applicable Third-Party Site service provider.

If you choose to register by logging into a Third-Party Site Account through our Platform, we will obtain the personal information you provided to the relevant Third-Party Site service provider (such as your “real” name, email address, profile picture, names of friends, names of groups you belong to, and other information you make publicly available via the applicable Third-Party Site service provider or authorize us to access). We will use this information to create your account and profile page, and you will become a member. Depending on the Third-Party Site Accounts you select and the privacy settings you have configured for such Third-Party Site Accounts, please be aware that by granting us access to these accounts, we will access, make available, and store (if applicable and as permitted by the Third-Party Site service provider, and with your authorization) the information from your Third-Party Site Accounts so that it is accessible through your Platform account.
